We are a couple looking for a onebedroom house/flat starting from September since our tenancy will expire at the end of August. We are both students, one undergraduate and one PhD student and we aren´t interested in party-life. Our needs are:
-Fully furnished only please
-off road parking for a small car
-garage/storing room since we´ve a kayak and bicycles
Preffered areas are Fallowfield, Cholton, Didsbury and Hulme. Although we are willing to consider other areas that fill our needs.
