Our client is a national design practice, with a solid reputation for producing modern architecture across a range of sectors including residential, education, commercial and retail. They have an enviable reputation for high quality design, and are the winners of several prestigious awards.
They have recently secured a landmark commercial office and mixed use scheme in the UK, and are looking to appoint a Senior Architect who can act as the Project Leader on this scheme. Candidates should have proven experience in the design and delivery of major commercial schemes in the UK, acting as the project leader - and with team leadership skills. The successful candidate must have good design skills, and be able to drive a major project forward through all work stages.
This role will develop into an Associate post for the right person. Ideally you will have worked for a well-respected commercial design practice, and be looking for the next step in your career.




Autocad Skills are essential
Team leadership and staff management
Awareness of budgets and fee structures
Client liaison skills
Full UK Driving Licence
RIBA/ARB qualified
