You will manage, mentor and drive an Internal Sales team to meet and exceed sales profit targets, via team performance and business procedures.
We are looking to attract individuals with a proven track record in Sales, and People management within the Electronic Component industry who are passionate about customer service.

The successful applicant will have extensive and broad electronic component product knowledge, which will enable you to be a pro-active decision maker, responding to changing customer needs, trends in various market sectors and pricing.

This is a challenging and diverse position in a fast paced environment requiring outstanding proactive communication skills at all levels.
