The house is just off Moss Lane East on quiet street adjacent to green park. Good location. The area is not unsafe. It takes just a 7-10 walk to Uni of Manchester and 5 minutes to Asda. And bus stops at the end of the street.
The house is clean. Lounge with widescreen tv and dvd player. Kitchen with washing machine and drier, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge freezer. Separate toilet. Separate shower room with electric shower over bath. Bike storage area and on-street parking.
3 great flatmates (2 boys and a girl) and good atmosphere.
Contract until 30/6/10. 236 pounds per month, including internet, all bills extra.
