COLLECTIONS ADVISORS, £17k+, MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE.

An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading employers based in their prestigious Manchester City Centre Offices. Your role will be to manage their customers accounts which have fell into arrears. This will involve negotiating payment promises with customers and educating debtors in managing their accounts. Responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls and negotiating repayments that benefit both parties.

Due to the sensitive nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to be able to provide excellent service whilst dealing with calls of a complex and often emotional nature. You will use your strong influencing & negotiation skills to understand the customers financial situation and to organise a repayment plan. This is a target driven environment where your skills and experience will both be utilise and developed.
