Senior Human Resources Administrator (Part-Time)
Role Summary:-
Responsible for providing a proactive and responsible service to all staff and managers in the Contact Centres. Ensuring that all administration is accurate, complete, and carried out in a professional manner.
As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties; including managing the Holiday scheme, sending out all contracts of employment, and ensuring that all HR correspondence is sent accordingly. Additionally, you will be required to work in conjunction with the recruitment department collating all new starter details to ensure that they are all set up on payroll in a timely manner.
You will assist in encouraging good working practices of all internal departments, ensuring that standards are adhered to in line with company policy.
You will need to be results driven, have a strong character, and seek to continually improve the team processes and procedures. In addition you must possess excellent communication skills with an ability to relate at all levels of contact.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collating new starter details in conjunction with the recruitment department to ensure that all people are set up on payroll in a timely manner
Handling general queries in a confidential and professional manner
Ensure that all HR files are created and maintained for access by the HR team
Provide support to the HR Team/Payroll Manager on a day to day basis and also on project basis
Ensure that all correspondence is allocated and dealt with by correct HR contact
Handle all requests for referencing (both internal and external)
Monitor all staff on long term sick and maternity leave, ensuring all correspondence is sent to them
Update information sources held in the HR department
Production of HR Management Information, in conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partner/HR Business Partner/HR Advisor/Payroll Manager for the Senior Management Team on a monthly basis
Ensure that all administration is kept up to date
Ensure that all contracts of employment are issued to new employees
Achievement of team objectives
Manage own performance and personal development
Provide ad-hoc reception cover as and when required
Up to date/working knowledge of employment law/legislation
Supporting Operations and the HR Advisor/HR Business Partner with Investigations, Disciplinaries and Grievances
Completing projects and streamlining tasks for the HR Management Team as and when required.
Support the development of the HR Administrators, through participating and driving HR Administration Meetings and Conference Calls
Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation
Analyse absence data and produce reports to key stakeholders

Part-Time, 23.25 Hours per week, 3 days out of 5
£9,900 (£16,500 FTE)
Location:-
North West – Sites Across Altrincham, Stockport and Middleton
