Chef de Partie, Manchester city centre, £16k. We are currently working with a Restaurant in Manchester which is a well known destination venue. The food is cooked to a very high standard which the rich and famous of manchester love and keep coming back for. This AWARD WINNING restaurant which uses local fresh food where-ever possible and has a very talented team in the kitchen.

The role:
We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to run a section in the kitchen. You will cook to a high standard using some of the freshest north west produce. You will manage the commis chef’s in your section. The sections could change and include vegetables, fish, meats, pantry.


Experience:
We are recruiting for a Chef de partie with previous experience as either a Chef de partie or a demi chef de partie looking for a step up. You will be from a hotel or restaurant background and have experience cooking fresh dishes to a high standard.


Location:
The Restaurant is located in the city centre of Manchester. Manchester has had loads of investment over the past 10 years and now can offer a very large range of restaurants and hotels. This restaurant is one of the Restaurants in the top bracket of restaurants in the city. If you are relocating – Manchester is a fantastic location to live, work and enjoy life in.
