Dining Services Coordinator is required for a new residential care home opening up in the Greater Manchester area. This is a high class establishment and as such the suitable candidate must come from a high class quality background. This is an ideal opportunity for those wishing to develop their careers in a more managerial role.

The ideal candidate must:
*Have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role as a Head Chef/ Catering Manager *Be happy with being hands on.
*Possess 706/1, 706/2 or equivalent NVQ.
*Have intermediate food hygiene.
*Ideally have knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
*Have managerial experience.
*Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
*Be a good communicator.
*Have computer skills.
*Be confident at developing a good working relationship with suppliers and the kitchen brigade to deliver the best service possible to the residents.

The salary is circa £24,000 with excellent benefits, company health scheme, pension, 25 days holiday etc.
