I have worked as a community and in-house carer for over 10yrs and pride myself in my work; I currently work for a major housing provider as a Court Manager and run my own sheltered accomodation court.
My aim is to encourage and promote independence, maintain dignity and privacy at all times, to provide continuity of care and enable client to trust me.
I am committed to safeguarding the interests and welfare of clients through effective organisation and management.
