Experienced cocktail bars manager required for a new opening venue Paradiso in Manchester City Centre in February 2010. Will be responsible for running of 4 bars on daily basis. Opening times 12pm-4am. Salary: 25-28k. Previous multiside bar operation essential+PLH.
