missing 15mth grey male tabby scholes,wigan area called gizmo

he is a grey 15mth old male tabby, last seen in scholes area 12/10/09 with a blue and white collar with bell, recently had part of a toe removed on back paw still has stitches in answers to gizmo or gizzy, much loved family pet missed by children and other cats, any info please contact.
