I'm a 40 year old (male) solicitor working for a law firm based in Manchester City Centre. I'm non-smoking, clean and tidy, reliable, relaxed and respectful. I'm currently sharing a flat in the City Centre but the owner is moving to London so I need a new place to stay.

I'm looking for a flat to share somewhere in the City Centre itself. I'm only really interested in somewhere within the City Centre itself as I want to walk to work. I'm only here Monday - Thursday night (as I live in Lake District and go home Friday night for weekend and return Monday). I also tend to work late so won't really use room for much other than sleeping! Prefer long term.

References are no problem (including people I've shared with over the years)
