My client is a local family run SME who have recently won several new key contracts and are looking to expand their teams. They are currently expanding their administration and customer service departments and are looking for professional staff to provide first class client support. Your role as Administrator will be to provide full sales and admin support to a team of technicians. This will include advertising, shipping, invoicing, processing payments, and customer service.
- The ideal candidate for this role must have recent and relevant experience in an administration role in a commercial environment.
- You will have excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications including Excel.
- Sales and customer service skills are also paramount.
- Your standard of written English must be very high and you must be able to work to tight deadlines in a busy office environment.
