We are offering a rewarding 12 month apprenticeship with a very busy and popular Wigan brasserie, situated in the town centre. The successful candidate will complete a NVQ in Customer Service during this period.

Job duties include:
To waiter in a busy town centre café/restaurant, working as a team to take orders, set, serve and clear tables and deal with the exchange of bills and money. As you will have the most contact with the customer during their dining experience, it is essential that you are polite and courteous when you welcome them into the building, during the service of the meal and remember to always thank them when they leave. On some occasions, you may also be required to serve beers, wines and spirits to diners.

Must be reliable, hard working and able to work with others in fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience would be advantageous.

The candidate will be paid £95.01 a week during this highly rewarding apprenticeship scheme.
