there is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

the house is close to manchester centre (and suburbs such as chorlton, whalley range,etc) (15-20mins on bus at peak times less off peak- tram link is also nearby)

there are a whole array of local shops ,etc.

i am only renting out to professionals/ employed or students...no DSS please. references will be sought. And I am only offering the room to single people. No couples please.
