Located on Fleeson street, in a quiet cul de sac, 1 minute walk from Wimslow Road. All bills are included in the rent, wireless broadband is provided, the house and room is fully equipped and furnished. 1 minutes walk from Wimslow Road features takeaways , restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, gym and many more. There is a park not far away. Wimslow road is the main bus route to the city centre. The main University Faculties and Hospitals are walkable distance away.

About You:
Ideally suit travelling student/professional or mature student. The house is fairly quiet but social. You are expected to clean and tidy after yourself in the shared area, i.e kitchen, toilet, bathroom, leave the areas in a state that you'd like to find it, be responsible for your visitors, take the bin out when you see it full and respect your house mates. The bottom line is to have common sense.
