This is a very good gym equipment which can be used for different types of exercise from beginners to advanced it comes with full instruction to shows you the best exercise.i have used and i would really recommed it as for a short while i have used it i have seen result.So if you want six abs for summer this is a the product for you.

I'm selling it for half the price i bought it because i'm moving away so this is a bargain.
