Applicants must possess basic office experience. The position will involve assisting our Practice Manager in the day to day running of the office. Duties will include archiving, looseleaf paper filing, audits, posting invoices onto the accounts system etc. The position will be based on our reception which means you will also be handling calls, booking of our meeting room and dealing with clients attending meetings. Wroking hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
