Our client based in Cheadle are a financial and legal provider who are currently launching a new outsourced HR function for small and medium businesses. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:


- Providing technical HR advice and solutions to clients in all areas of personnel management
- To assist in developing the HR products and services and suite of documents specific to each customer
- To manage customer realtionships specific to their needs and maximise revenue streams
- To ensure that all products and services are up to date and compliant with employment legislation
- To ensure the retention of your existing client base by providing an excellent service

Person Specification

- GCSE`s and A Level (or equivalent) C+ in English and Maths
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- UK/ EU Drivers Licence
- Human Resource or similar legal industry related HR experience
- Experience in providing HR Consultancy services
