It also has a strong hold on the leisure market with first rate health and fitness facilities and being in close proximity to some of manchesters leading attractions.

The establishment has a thriving bar and elegant fine dine restaurant that offers a menu of British cuisine with international influences.

You will be working in a stable brigade producing quality food for a multi outlet establishment using the finest fresh produce. The role will involve assisting the Senior Chefs in order to achieve the successful day to day running of the kitchen and providing training and support for the junior members of the brigade.

A great opportunity for a committed Sous Chef with experience in cooking volume in similar style establishments. You will be a confident and talented Chef that is an effective team player and can take the helm in the absence of the Head Chef.
