Job Description:
As Assistant Manager you will assist the General Manager in the smooth running of the business, ensuring that all systems are in place and company standards in both profitability and quality standard are maintained.
You will lead the floor team to deliver exceptional service and will have the opportunity to develop your career in a challenging and fast paced environment.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate should be highly dedicated and professional and posses excellent communication skills. You will have experience at Assistant Manager level and must have worked in a similar fresh food environment with an emphasis on quality. This company expects a high degree of commitment and you must be career driven, intelligent and passionate about the industry. It is essential that you already have experience of managing within a high quality, fresh food operation. You must take pride in your work and also be able to demonstrate the ability to drive your team to achieve both excellent service standards and maintain the quality of the food offer at all times.
