Order Process Administrator 14,300 £1200 Bonus
Our client, an Engineering Company based in Wythenshawe is looking for an Order Process Administrator to support their Manchester based Regional Sales Teams.
You will provide an accurate and efficient service and will be expected to input orders on to their SAP computer system and control the entire process through to delivery and invoicing.
You will ensure timely and accurate order processing, communication with their European Production centres and liaison with the customer to inform them of progress and status of the order. You will be responsible for quality of administration and communication to the customer to ensure they maintain and develop customer relationships.
You will need knowledge of a supply chain, be computer literate, have excellent customer skills and a first class telephone manner.
You will be prepared to take ownership of a process and be motivated by providing a high quality service to the Customer and the Sales Team.
In return for your hard work you will receive a salary of £14,300 + £1200 bonus
