Planning Administrator Stockport £15,000

Our client a Nationwide Distribution Company is seeking an experienced Administrator / Order Processor to work within their thriving planning department, you will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks.

Daily Tasks

Taking Orders via Telephone, Email and Fax
Allocation of stock through third party storage
Sign off transport invoices
Placing of orders
Chasing suppliers
Confirmation of Order
Escalate issues when applicable
High light discrepancies against expected deliveries
Handle invoices queries in an efficient manner
Maintain inhouse database
Updating Internal system with price increases, reductions, special offers
Update and Create Excel Spreadsheets

Skills Required

Microsoft Word & Excel
Must be able to Create Excel Spreadsheets
Polite and Friendly Telephone Manner
Enthusiastic and self-driven

Salary / Hours & Benefits

Upto £16,000 Upon Experience
Holidays are 25 days + Bank Holidays
Hours are 9am to 5pm with half an hour lunch break
Car parking is available
Accessible via public transport also
