I have a room available in my home in West Didsbury, a home which I share with my girlfriend and 3 lodgers, 1 guy and 2 girls with ages between 29 and 31. One of the girls will be leaving us at the end of November and we are looking for someone to take her place.

A little about the house…
The house is a large Victorian terrace spread over three floors and features 4 double bedrooms, 1 guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, living room, morning room, a large kitchen, and is recently renovated to a high standard (see pictures). The house is fully furnished with quality mod cons and crockery. It is situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac off Burton Rd and is within walking distance from local amenities including the Metropolitan, bars, pubs, and bus stops with ample on street parking outside.

A little about the room…
The room itself is located on the first floor and overlooks the rear of the house. It is the largest room in the house and features high a ceiling; a large built in wardrobe; large windows; and is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers.

A little about shared facilities…
The three lodgers share the shower, located on the first floor as my girlfriend any I have an en-suite in our bedroom. The house also benefits from a guest bathroom located on the ground floor.

what is included in the price:
Everything! i.e. council tax, utilities, WiFi internet and Sky, plus the benefit of a live-in landlord. A £300 deposit will be required.
