Hollin Hall Country House Hotel is set in acres of glorious countryside, yet only 15 miles from Manchester Airport and 22 miles from Manchester City Centre .
Hollin Hall is The first hotel within the newly created "Clayton Hotel Collection" with other properties aquired and ready for conversion in to luxuary Hotels.
We have now commenced our £2 Million refurbishment programme which will see Hollin Hall as the premier 4* deluxe Country House hotel in Cheshire.
Hollin Hall Consists of 58 Bedrooms and suits, 3 Private Dining rooms for up to 160 Guests and the Orangery Restaurant seating up tp 70 for Dinner.
Christmas is looking good here at Hollin Halll and we are looking for a dedicated professional to handle are christmas bookings and be the contact for all our christmas enquiries.
You willl be dealing with enquiries and new bookings as well as final menu orders and processing invoives for payment.
When December comes you will be required to meet and great are Christmas Guests as they arrive.
Your hours of work will be as required up to 31st December inclusive and It is likely that you will between 9.00am to 5pm Monday to friday , however some weekend work will be required. You will meet and greet all our function Guests and be apoint of contact as our guests arrive.
Idealy you will have hospitality and sales experience with excellent organisation skills.
Should you have any supervisory experience with functions/Banqueting then there is the option to work extra hours during the evenings in December.
Although this is a temporary role ther may be a possibililty of this becoming a permenant position within our sales office in early january.
