The successful Ticketing Operations Team Leader will receive a basic salary of up to GBP20,000.00 dependent on experience where you will work 5 days during the hours of 9 - 5.30. This is initially on a temporary basis with a possibility of the role going permanent. This Worldwide specialist is recruiting a Ticketing Team Leader to join the team at their offices in Manchester.

Within the role of Ticketing Team Leader you will
- Provide support, training and assistance to our ticketing team ensuring all tickets are issued within specific Level Agreements
- Drive Test and implement key ticketing automation tools in order to increase both productivity and automation and raise any discrepancies to both the airlines and Air Product Managers
- Conduct training for all staff within the UK Ticketing Team and provide support and assistance for complex ticketing queries.
- Assist in the issuance and reissuing of all paper and electronic tickets ensuring that these are completed within agreed timescales.

To be successful in the role of Ticketing Team Leader you will
- Have excellent leadership skills and be able to performance manage a team to achieve set goals displaying strong coaching and development skills
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of a CRS system - Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, and Galileo
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills paying particular attention to detail
- Have completed BA Fares and Ticketing 1 and 2
