Nurse Practitioner needed in Manchester
This role requires working within a multi disciplinary team to provide safe and effective Nursing advice, triage and treatment to patients attending the Treatment Centre, within the centre's policies and protocols. In the absence of the Centre Manager the post holder may be required to take continuing responsibility for the management of the Centre including supervision and deployment of staff
Working in this position you would need to be an excellent communicator, be able to work confidentially and deal with sensitive people and information. The desired candidate will need to have good computer and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. As a Nurse Practitioner you will need at least 2/3 years experience in minor illness and primary care. You will ideally be able to prescribe, diagnose and have high-quality assessment skills.
This vacancy is available for immediate start and the salary starts from £29k per annum.
To be eligible for work as a Nurse Practitioner in Manchester, you will need full NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months recent experience working within the NHS.
