Sous chef, Near Preston. We are currently recruiting for a Hotel in the preston area. (short term live in available if needed). The hotel has a wide range of fresh fish on the menu and good quality Beef. The facilities include a restaurant, bar, conference rooms and banqueting facilities.


The Role:
As Sous chef you will support the head chef with the smooth running of the kitchen. You will ensure the hot plate runs smoothly, train staff, ensure each of the sections the chef de parties and demi chef de parties are running are being run smoothly. You will also support the head chef with food ordering and stock control.


Experience:
We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience.

Salary: £18000- £20000
