I have a furnished single bedroom available in my new build house. The house is furnished to a great standard and bills are included. Also included is Sky TV and broadband. There are currently two lovely girls in their twenties living there, they are both really easy to get along with as long as you are clean and tidy! Off road parking also comes woth the house.

When I get chance I will add some photos to the site but the first person to view the house will probably want to move in so view it quick!
