This is a spacious house that consists of 5 large double rooms, hallway, medium size living room with 2 large sofas& communal games cube and playstation ;-) , a large basement that we are currently redecorating to make it suitable for basement parties (if you play the decks you will go down well in this house!) kitchen with washing machine which leads onto a small garden with a beast of a BBQ(!) and outdoor table and chairs.

The housemates you will be living with are all students at Man Met, 1 studying film, 2 studying politics, and 1 studying media. they are all male, but don't be put off if you are a female; i am the only girl in this house and can say that they are all the nicest guys i know. all in to music, gigs, - dub-step, art and cotching! this is a fun house to live in, and the area is very communal, with lots of backyard parties, you will get to know neighbours and make a whole new circle of friends.

The room is on the 3rd floor, so should you wish, you can get away from everything and have some space for yourself.

We are renting with Manchester Easy Rent, a really reliable agency who are quick to sort out any problems.

I am only moving out because of a change of circumstances and have to go back home, were it not for that i would definately stay in this house, if you move in you'll be in for an awesome year.

the contract is untill the end of June, so ideal for a student, the house is really close to transport links into uni.

rent is £303.33 per month, not including bills. but the bills will be pretty cheap split between 5 people.
