Part-time customer service agent

Location: Irlam

Immediate Customer Service Advisor required for a leading delivery firm based in Irlam. The role pays £7.00 per hour on a temporary to permanent contract. The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 5.00-9.00pm, 20 hrs a week

The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities within the Call Centre function in order to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also be required to ensure that all stock and customer transactions are accurately entered and records are correctly filed.
