We currently have a Credit Control vacancy with our Telecommunications client. The successful applicants need to have excellent communication skills that will be able to work under pressure. Working in a team of 20 people, you’ll be contacting customers to secure payments for outstanding balances and failed direct debits. You do not need previous credit control experience although this is a heavy customer service role so Customer service experience is an advantage if not essential! You must also have the ability to negotiate & build rapport easily; Credit Control is purely a debt chasing role and requires determined and focused individuals. You must be a good negotiator with highly persuasive skills and self motivated in a target driven environment therefore a sales/customer service background is ideal.

WORKING HOURS ARE MON-FRI 9am-6pm.

SALARY IS £12k basic + BONUSES AND 2 PAY REVIEWS PER YEAR.
