The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work well within our friendly kitchen brigade and effectively run a section of this busy kitchen. You will also feel strongly about fresh, locally sourced produce and want to maintain our high standards at all times with a genuine enthusiasm for the work and your surroundings.
