Job Description
As a result of the success of the business, the company need an additional member to their IT Support team. They key points are as follows:
Analyze customer product support issues
Develop and acquire in-depth knowledge of products and applications
Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge of issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds
Work with product development and other internal departments to resolve issues, develop solutions to minimize cycle time for problem resolution
Develop training and support materials
Provide feedback information to product development teams
Maintain and update relevant company databases (support knowledge, CRM, product etc.)
Requirements
HNC or above in an IT related discipline
Strong installation and technical support background
Communicate effectively both internally at all levels, and externally with suppliers and customers
Capable of growing technical knowledge
Works under own initiative, willing to take ownership of problems and follow through to completion
Strong, structured analytical skills
Computer literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time/project management skills
