My client currently collect debt on behalf of 200 clients including high street banks, utility companies and many more. Based in Salford Quays with Transport links to Manchester, Altrincham, Bury, Stockport

As a telephone collections agent, you will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls. You will negotiate outstanding payments and reach repayment agreements, updating the in-house database and action the customers account accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess:
Sales and/or telesales experience. (collections experience would be an advantage although full training will be given)
Proven success in a target driven environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Professionalism & self motivation.
Excellent relationship building and people skills.
Good I.T skills.
and more importantly the desire for career progression.
This is a great role for someone who has already proven themselves within a sales environment and is now looking for a new challenge.

WORKING HOURS ARE 35hours per week, SHIFTS BETWEEN 8-8:30pm, 1 in 3 Sat's 9am-2pm.

SALARY IS £14k-£20k BASIC + UNCAPPED BONUSES AND BENEFITS
