About the Flatmates:
Sanjay, 27 year old male, studying at Sheffield University for a Masters in Shipping and Logistics.
Devika, 23 year old female, studying at Manchester Business School for a Masters in Business Studies.
They are pretty easy going and like the place to be fairly clean, not obsessively though. Enjoy going out for nights out, food (Sanjay’s a great cook) and also love staying in and watching media on their laptop, staying in with friends. Have a good laugh and respect people’s privacy at the same time.
Overall conclusion – you can’t get bored in their company and yet have your private space when you want!


About me:
Recent graduate who relocated from London in August to take up the adventures of working as an engineer in Manchester. Fun loving, easy going, usually quiet but once I pop, I never stop! But hey, it’s not important to know about me as I am the one who has to move on to a different place :-(


About you:
Preferably a female. Gentlemen would be considered as well ;-)

About the Rent, Bills and Moving Date:
Your share of the rent for the flat would be £350 pcm.
Bills on average will be £120-£150 pcm which will be split between the 3 of you, so roughly £40-£50 per head
If you are a professional, then you will have to pay for your council tax (CT).
Students, don’t worry about CT Stuff
As I have signed a contract with the guys, you will have to sign up for the remainder of the contract which will be 3 months period, from December to February.

The moving date will be around end of November.
