Hi, I am moving to the wonderful city of Manchester mid September and need somewhere wonderful to live! I will be studying at Manchester Uni so somewhere close to Oxford Rd. would be ideal. Not your typical “fresher” at 20, I am from Sheffield and have spent the last 2 years living and working in London. That said, I still love going out, socialising, listening to good music and drinking great wine! But I also enjoy the quieter nights in with films and takeaways and will be taking my studies (fairly) seriously so not looking for a 24/7 party house! I am a non-smoker, non-pet keeper, non-weird person but don’t mind too much if you are any of the above... I would describe myself as friendly, outgoing, sociable, responsible and easy to live with.

My perfect flatshare would be a modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment with another likeminded person, as central/close to uni as possible and close to transport links, a good sized double room with space to study comfortably. I would be willing to consider a houseshare with more people if it is spacious and ideally with en suite or more than one bathroom.

I don’t mind whether you are student(s) or professional(s) and age isn’t too important, 20-30 would be good. It would be quite nice to live with females having spent the last 2 years living with blokes! I'm hoping to stick to around £450 pcm including bills.

I need to get something arranged by August 17th as will not have chance after that. I will be in Manchester this Sunday to view properties and could also make a trip up next week.
