Person Specification
You must some telephone based customer service experience ideally gained within a call centre or high volume call environment
Proven verbal communication skills
Excellent keyboard skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to work on own initiative, maintaining accuracy at all time

In addition you require a stable cv/career history and positive attitude to work.
