Marple Karate Club, based inside XXL Fitness Centre in Marple's Goyt Mill.

We have just extended our facility, to include a new 1000 sq ft studio, which we are looking to sub-let.
The studio is newly decorated, with large mirrors all down one wall, and would include a variety of uses, including yoga, pilates, any type of fitness class, tai chi, dance, gym etc.
Floor mats will also be available if needed.

The fitness centre has a well established client base, and new classes therefore receive instant and wide exposure. Other benefits include a fully staffed reception area with refreshments, changing rooms, showers , and sauna.

The studio is available to hire on a short term or long term basis, and a wide number of daytime and evening slots are available.
