Must have previous supervisory or management experience and already have developed an excellent knowledge of an operational bar/restaurant. Must have a confident and outgoing character, being able to deal with customers enquiries face to face aswell as business to business. Supervising staff to ensure all internal procedures are followed and that the bar is operating to company standards. Reporting and following instructions and tasks as set out by the Senior Management Team.

30-40 Hours per week, £6.50 per hour.
