*URGENTLY REQUIRED

Pulse Independent Living are looking to recruit Paediatric Nurses or suitably experienced Adult Nurses who can demonstrate required skills within the Lancashire and Preston area. You will be required to support a Paediatric patient who is oxygen dependent at night, has a tracheostomy in situ, requires suction and has unpredictable episodes.Previous experience with tracheostomy care desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will be required to:

* Have good communication skills
* Be aware of boundaries within the home environment
* Be clinically responsible in the home and to make appropriate judgements.
* Be able to provide competent tracheostomy care and display safe suction methods.
* Assess and implement care determined by the child, i.e. increase oxygen requirements
* Administer medication and document all Nursing interventions appropriately within the NMC code of conduct.
