It's a great house with original wooden floors, a big fully equipped kitchen, front garden and back yard area.

it's currently full of my furniture so if you're taking the entire house it will be unfurnished, it would suit a couple nicely and the rent is £630 a month but if you're just after a room it's all furnished etc and will be £315 + Bills (probably about £400 all inclusive)
