The flat is the top two floors of a 3 storey house, with a quite large kitchen and average living room, all in modern furnishings, Sky TV and wireless internet..

The flat is about 10 or 15 minutes from town on the bus, closer than fallowfield, and about £8 in a taxi on a night out.

The room is available straight away, but rent only needs to be paid on the 26th, so anything before that is already paid for, so is free of charge to you!

One months rent required as deposit.

Will be a shame to move out :(

Gay friendly - will be living with one lesbian and all housemates are regular visitors to the village!
