This is a used iphone. Fully unlocked for all networks and with the latest 3.1.2 software. Works absolutely fine. The only minuses: (1) A small split between the glass and the chrome bezel in front near the volume buttons (2) A small (almost unnoticeable) crack near the simcard holder, which tends to make the simcard come loose at times. This accounts for the price.

Fantastic value for money though with Cydia and Rock Installer applications installed.
