Looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed city centre flat. The room available is the master room with ensuite and its much bigger than any city centre room i've seen. The flat has a good sized open plan kitchen / lounge which leads out onto a balcony overlooking the canal. parking is available to. The flat can really sell itself so viewing is recommended.

The most important thing is getting on with my flatmate. To give you some clue, don't mind most things so long as the person is not really moody, or a total messy pig all the time (sometimes is OK). basically looking for someone who is generally cheerful, and house trained. i smoke but the balcony is very handy for that.
