I'm a non smoker and I am looking to rent a large 3 bed / 2 reception rooms house with a garden or very large rear yard,(I will consider a 2 bed house if it is of an adequately large enough size),however I do require an unfurnished/gas central heated property,(max rent £650 pcm). I will consider properties in South Manchester...(other area's considered). I am presently renting a large 3 bed house in Whalley Range,(@ a rent of £550 pcm),but it has no bath and only has a small yard which isn't suitable,and I need a house with a bath and a very large yard or enclosed rear garden,(garden prefered).
Although I am on H.B. I have paid my rent of £550pcm directly to my landlord (including the rent difference that's required) for over 15 months now.Please note that I will be paying the rent directly to you in advance,(as I do have savings),and I have a Guarantor/ Deposit available. I also have a very well behaved almost 11 year old dog and my current landlord has no problem with her,(he has visited my home and is satisfied with how clean I keep my home and look after their property).
I am extremely quiet myself,and it is only due to severe permanent illnesses that I'm not working. I'm happy for you to contact my current landlord for excellent references,and you may see all my bank statements as proof of my rent payments/income.
