Rent is only £65 per week inclusive of Bills, as it is leading up to Christmas and money is tight I am offering the first two months at only £35 per week!

Upstairs is 4 bedrooms, and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs is a large living room, and an open plan modern kitchen and dining room, with a seperate utility room.

I am currently living in the house on my own, moved in after a divorce, now looking to rent out one of the rooms to help with bills.
I am male, 30 years old, very easy going, sociable person who likes a pint down the pub as much as a quiet night in watching telly or reading.
