Our client is a very well respected law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their ever expanding property team.

You would be required to handle cases from initial instruction through to completion and some of the work would include commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, plot sales, landlord & tenant and some residential property work.

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 3 years post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.

This position requires a qualified Solicitor with general commercial property experience, the ability to manage own caseload, manage less experienced staff and work well as part of a team.
