3 BEDROOMED HOUSE IN STALYBRIDGE, CHESHIRE - HOUSE EXCHANGE TO 2 or 3 BEDROOMED HOUSE

I have a 3 bedroomed semi-detached Housing Association House - New Charter and I'm looking to exchange to the areas below.

I live in Stalybridge, Cheshire near the moors on a small hill with 8 houses on, a road runs along the bottom of the hill with houses below. Where my house is situated on the hill is very quiet with the front overlooking a grass verge with houses at the bottom, the back overlooks a small woods, so is very private.
The garden at the front has been converted to a driveway with enough room for 1 car or 2 Smart Cars, access to the back garden either via backdoor or private side entrance to the side of the property.

Lovely area having lived here since 1985; now my children are grown up I would like a change.

I am looking to move out of the area altogether and house swap to any of these areas and surrounding areas, also further afield would be considered: Derbyshire, High Peak, Lincolnshire, Stockport, Chester, Altrincham, Knutsford, Lymm, Shropshire, Oswestry, Ellesmere etc, Yorkshire, Lake District and Wales.
