My client are a leading consultancy who operate internationally. They now require a highly experienced Contracts Manager who has direct experience working for a recognised Developer or on secondment to a Developer.

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a team of Surveyors but must also have a hands on approach. Other duties include contract formation, negotiation of terms and conditions, appointment of Consultants as well as procurement of other services such as IT and Marketing.

All candidates must be degree qualified and have relevant working experience. Previous experience working in the MENA region specifically for a Developer or Real Estate organisation is essential. Ideally candidates will speak English as a first language although other applications will be considered.
